Wedding: Princess Diana’s niece, Kitty Spencer, got married and wore a lace gown

Lady Kitty Spencer married with businessman Michael Lewis in Italy. She wore a beautiful Victorian-inspired dress gown by Dolce & Gabbana.

The 30-year-old bride Lady Kitty Spencer married millionaire fashion businessman Michael Lewis and celebrated her wedding in Rome on a three-day event. She stunned with a Victorian wedding gown, designed by Dolce & Gabbana.

The bride’s father, Earl Spencer, could not be present at the celebration outside of Rome. The honour of walking her down the aisle instead fell to her brothers Louis Spencer, Viscount Althorp and Samuel Aitken.

The wedding was held at the Villa Aldobrandini country mansion in Frascati, Italy. “Thank you from the bottom of my heart Domenico & Stefano for creating a gown beyond my wildest dreams for the most important day of my life,” she wrote on Instagram. “There are no words that could ever express my gratitude @dolcegabbana.”
