From sunset hues to sequins and low-rise shots, here’s what you need to know.

It’s time to talk about the latest fashion trends in the spotlight!
Six months ago, we saw some of the biggest fashion shows in the four capitals. They are about to bloom as there are so many incredible pieces designers have proposed for the season. And, the fashion spotted on the runways last September has arrived in stores. Although, it is necessary to know what would be the right thing to buy and to renew, freshly and innovatively, our closets for the warmer and longer days ahead.
We love the spring and summer seasons, which always come with the very best in terms of fashion. Sheer and delicate fabrics are juxtaposed with utilitarian maximalism, high-shine fabrics command attention, and beautiful 2000s-inspired low waists give a new, chicer take on pants and jeans. If it was once appropriate to wrap ourselves in layer upon layer, today it’s time to have a fashion renaissance and go for lighter and even lusher garments.
Among the most popular trends, the spring/summer runways brought feminine florals and ruffles. From Bottega Veneta’s pastel floral embroidery to Christian Dior’s intricate lace and crinoline dresses and Loewe’s eye-catching floral motifs, they are here to stay. Sequins and shiny finishes appeared on too many runways to count, which means it’s time to add a little sparkle to your attire, both night and day. Here are the spring 2023 fashion trends to start shopping for.
LOW-RISE WAISTS
It’s official, 90s favourite low waist is back in style. From super baggy jeans to suits, shorts and evening skirts are giving the low-rise treatment. It looks like the beloved high-waist may be taking an extended sabbatical for summer 2023. Pair your new look with a short top to expose the midriff and make an impact!

RAYS OF SUNSHINE
There was a very specific and romantic color trend that dominated the spring/summer runways, with a soft sunset detail that proved to be an unexpected hit. Reds turn to oranges, yellows and whites, being the perfect warm antidote to the icy winds outside the September runway shows, offering a sense of optimism and cheerfulness for the new season.

SHEER VIBES
Sheer styles are nothing new, but for spring 2023, they’re really going to be all the rage. From loose-fitting, sheer tank tops to slip-on, wearable lingerie dresses, skin-baring styles are now relaxed, super casual and comfortable looking, which is really what you need this time of year.

CANDY PINK
A softer and more pastel candyfloss shade of pink is taking over the fashion world, offering a less intense and more sophisticated way to embrace this trend. Whether you choose to wear this shade from head to toe or simply incorporate some sweet pink accessories, it’s a wise decision to think pink.

FLOWER MOOD
The new take on florals for the upcoming season: the Flower Mood. This year’s floral trend is more dramatic than the typical springtime prints, with a three-dimensional effect that extends beyond just shirts and shoulders. These florals are so bold that they can even take over your entire torso!

SUPER SEQUINS
Super sequins are here to stay! Although sequins are typically associated with the holiday season, we can break the tradition and make this spring/summer 2023 the ideal time to add some sparkle and shine, wearing softer and lighter colour palettes pieces, such as pale pinks, nudes, and pastels.
