Located on the beach in South Florida, the Oceanfront Penthouse came about after a nationally recognized entrepreneur purchased the massive four-story penthouse in an iconic building on the beaches of South Florida and after that, chose an internationally acclaimed interior designer to create iconic interiors for his newest pied-à-terre.
The penthouse features floor-to-ceiling windows, providing the opportunity for incredible waterfront views. For this project, the interior designer used custom furniture, blending sophisticated natural organic tones with opulent finishes to create luxurious and modern living environments.
The project designed one-way mirrored glass that extends from the dining room to the master bedroom, in order to create an illusion of the ocean throughout the space.
Thinking of entertainment and intimate environments perfect for the penthouse, the architect created a curved wine tasting room, a game room, and a home theatre.
