Cannes Film Festival 2021: Bella Hadid an icon of fashion and style

Bella Hadid was on the spotlight during the film premiere of ‘Tre Piani’ (Three Floors) at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival in France. She wore a fabulous high-fashion look by Daniel Roseberry from Schiaparelli.

The Cannes Festival celebrated its 74th edition and was the first one to be celebrated after a long season without in-face celebrations due to the coronavirus. The return of red carpets and premieres made us feel the illusion for the cinema and fashion, since both disciplines go together, especially in international festivals whose guests and celebrities’ should wear perfect outfits and be in the spotlight.

Bella Hadid brought the drama to the red carpet during the premiere of the film ‘Tre Piani’, by director Nanni Moretti. She wore a beautiful long black dress with long sleeves in wool crepe, designed by Schiaparelli’s creative director, Daniel Roseberry. The form-fitting black wool dress had a neckline, which was covered by a gold-dipped necklace in the shape of the bronchi passageway of the lungs, adorned with rhinestones. Moreover, she sported dramatic makeup with her hair in a high bun and adorned the look with large ruby drop earrings and a ruby ring.

Bella herself wanted to thanks the creative designer for this Haute Couture piece gown. She wrote and dedicated some beautiful words to him on his social network: “Thank you for breathing life into me Daniel Roseberry. The minute I saw your masterpiece of couture for the first time last week, I just knew!!”. Off the red carpet, Bella wore a more comfortable outfit to attend a party held in the context of this film festival, which was a white Dior look: a corset top, worn with low-rise dress pants and white pumps. There is no doubt that Bella Hadid is one of the most influential style references of the moment.
